Keswick

A gloriously lovely day for a swim... Ian and I both did the 1 mile Epic swim at Derwent water. The water was warm, the people were friendly, and we both got personal bests. I did it in 52.46 - nearly 12 mins faster than my first 1 miler last year at The Great North Swim. Hooray!
