Salad Feast

My first day off and I decided to make something yummy as I had been neglecting my cooking duties over the past work week. I was feeling quite creative after a wonderful day spent mostly in the sun around town and in our back garden. Due to the warm weather I thought an Asian style spicy noodle and beef salad would be tasty and refreshing...and it was. It's such a satisfying feeling when a plan comes together!
