Fruit cake................

...............made by six year old! He read the recipe, measured the ingredients, chopped apples & apricots, added cranberries, cracked eggs and did all the mixing & decorating by himself! All I did was supervise and put it in the oven! The only down side was it went home whole so I didn't taste it! I used the same recipe last Friday minus the cranberries & apricots and his looked every bit as good! (I didn't think of putting a face on mine though!)
