Seven Seas

So a very lazy day by the seaside.
Up at 7 and did a very easy 10k along the coast. Many years ago there was railway line I think. Now it's a cycle/running route. Back at 8 to wake up Madame for a little swim. Breakfast on the balcony, and then a stroll into Le Lavandou. Mme hit the shops, while I wondered if quarter to ten was too early to start drinking..... :-). Only joking ...... Lunch on the beach and then relaxing. Haven't quite got into the holiday relax mode, but we are doing our best.
