Queen Anne's Lace

Queen Anne's lace, am I wrong ?

One of our fence's is adorned by a an imposing but delicate white lace flowered bush. The flower of this plant/bush looks strikingly similar to Queen Anne's lace but the foliage is very different. The foliage of Queen Anne's lace, as seen on many references, looks a lot like a carrot's and the foliage on our bush has 'typical' leaf like foliage.

If anyone knows about this plant, and feels like sharing, I would be very interested.
