Back Blip #4 - Canada On My Mind

Choose what ever band you like... Michael Bublé, Cowboy Junkies, K.D. Lang, Diana Krall.... they all have something to say about their homeland.

In and out of Calgary and down 3 hours by car south on the praries, then back already by night... what beautiful countryside, even if in the middle of rather widespread floooding. Trains, pick-up trucks, grain silos, cows, horses, bison, potatoes.... I saw my share of cowboy hats too.

Earlier in the day on the drive down, the sun was out. A view so vast and encompassing that the clouds seem to come down to kiss the earth in 360° stereo vision.

I am only sad that the Rocky Mountains remained hidden under the rain clouds to the west.
