MonoMonday Challenge - Still Life: Tomatoes

I had this all worked out. I had a brilliant photo I was going to do for this challenge. You'd have been amazed. A different take on it, you would have said. Insightful; thoughtful; perhaps even, dare I say it, intellectual. I got the shot; it worked like a dream. The colours, the lighting; wow, was it good! And then I made it black and white. It was as though someone had burst my balloon. Looked awful. Flat, mediocre; it just didn't work. So here's a bunch of tomatoes.
