Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda, Snowdonia.

This was the view shortly before the safety pin was pulled and I started hurtling down on a wire. It is the longest and fastest zip wire in Europe. It is a mile long and reaches 100mph while you are suspended horizontally 500ft from the ground. The landing point is way in the distance on the other side of the lake. It was the most reckless but wonderful thing I have done the adrenalin rush was just great........... and I didnt need the back up underwear either!!!
