Swedish Heritage Day

Last month we went to a German Festival and were disappointed that there was no dancing around the maypole. Today we went to a Swedish Midsummer celebration - and there was dancing!
So much fun with dancing around the pole, seeing young and old in their bright costumes, and eating meatballs, lingonberry sauce and pancakes. Great music and dancing.
This was at the Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis. Laura, Anna and Mustafa were with us today. It was a good day to celebrate our Swedish Heritage.
