Learner's Permit?

Annie Rose got her first taste of driving today in her cousins jeep. Although she is not yet 3 yrs old, she caught on quickly and had the pedal floored. The only problem was, she had no idea how to steer it! Her grandfather was chasing her all over the yard, with Annie laughing all the way!
