Sparkly shoes in the forest! Seems ridiculous but we had an impromptu woodland walk with the Toddler when we'd only planned going to the supermarket.

side note: vans and converse have noticeably dropped in quality over the past few years. Back in the day a set of converse would last a year or two. Now you're lucky if you get a few months wear before they start to fall apart. shame it's too hot for dm's. and all that lacing up isn't great for soft play trips either :(
