Participants...

On a shopping trip to Glasgow this afternoon, I ended up in a part of town I'm very rarely in - the Saltmarket. In a cobbled lane, round the corner from an art gallery/studio, I looked up and saw this.

It says "Are we spectators of the city. Are we participants of the city"

What an interesting idea.. Applied to the city in this case, surely it can also be applied to life. Sometimes I feel like a spectator in my own life. I should participate more, I guess.

I guess we all should.
