Magpie mine

I thought it would be a sunny evening, but cloud was moving in from the South. But it has been another beautiful summer day.

The reds in the foreground field appealed to me in this shot. I never really got to grips with it.

Magpie mine is an old lead mine near us. It is a popular spot for photographers.

Today, I've been gardening, it has been hard work and I'm quite filthy!!! As soon as I have posted this blip, I intend to have a long soak in the bath and then reply to your comments on yesterdays blip.
