Down time

I'm on holiday... it says so on my wall planner.

So why have I spent most of my day today working???

A couple of days between holiday venues seemed a good idea. But I couldn't do it could I? That wee niggle of curiosity made me open the email. And that was it, damned and damned again...

just sort out that couple of wee things
we'll miss that copy deadline if we don't fix it now
it wont take long
then I can forget about it and not need to panic next week
oh, I better do that too
ach well, that client's great so I'll not wait till next week I'll get back to them quickly

I love working from home, but sometimes it is just too handy.

Shall I resist tomorrow....



I just realised, I don't actually write anything on my wall planner apart from holidays and the odd meeting. And a great big LOOMING deadline.
