I've never...

...met anyone from St Kitts before! Until today, that is.

This is Saint Claire (that's what his mum named him) or Sinclair (that's what people not from St Kitts call him).

I'm going to call him Saint Claire, even though I'm not from St Kitts.

We met him today at the Campsie Memorial Halls in Lennoxtown. He was there with his steel band. He was as friendly as he looks in the picture and took time to explain to me how the steel drums are made while the boys had a go on them. Thoroughly nice chap.

Then I went home and hubby hit me in the face with a sheet of plasterboard. I'm thinking of moving to St Kitts to live with Saint Claire's mum. I bet she's nicer than my husband.
