Last Train of the day

Having been out orienteering this morning a number of jobs needed sorting. So after a coat of emulsion on the ceiling and the freezer defrosted I went in search of a blip.

Fortunately I coincided with the last train of the day called Eric Treacy. The gentleman hanging off the side was preparing to change the points.

The carriage works were open to the public so you could have a look at their latest restoration project. This was one of the old carriages with a corridor and compartments. Although I could not quite get the right angle in the cramped space for a picture.
