On your bike

Baldock Town had an organised bike ride today. I thought it would be a good bit of training for the London Cambridge. From home and back including the actual loop was 37miles, I was back home in under 3hours. I picked up a man on the way, as you do. All he kept going on about was how could I go as fast as I was on the bike I had. I hope he didn't hurt my bike's feelings! If nothing else it has given me another cycle route to try out. My legs are slightly tired now.
