Introducing "Iris"

We've only been in our home in Mallorca a few days and already we're feeding the local animals.

Over the past few mornings I've noticed a young cat watching us from a distance and this morning she took the plunge and came for the food we've been leaving for her. To our surprise she has, heterochromia iridum, a condition where neither iris is the same colour as the other.

We've had a few "issues" with our new home since arriving.

1. No hot water as the boiler seems to have a mind of its own
2. Burst pipes
3. Our cisterna ran out of water!
4. Set the burglar alarm off twice - ooops!
5. Algae in the pool

This is a great learning curve, but we're loving it.
