Equinoxe

I bought this shiny new soft synth called Equinoxe. It's specifically meant to emulate the sound of Jean Michel Jarre, but it's capable of producing some great Berlin School Tangerine Dream type stuff too.

I've not dug around fully under the hood yet, but there's a lot going on there. There are several sound demos further down the product page if anyone wants to hear what it's capable of.
