A Day at the Footy

As you can see I went to the footy today, Hawthorn versus Collingwood, with my Dad. He's a member as is my cousin Tom and as Tom was busy I was lucky enough to use his membership to get a seat. It was a good game, made better when Hawthorn won. It was even more fun just to have the footy atmosphere as it's been a while since I've gone. Pie, beer, great seats and some emotional supporting added up to make it a great time.

After the game we met up with Mum and walked down to Federation Square where they were having an event for the winter solstice. We then walked over to a pub in Richmond not to far from Mum and Dad's apartment for some good dinner and conversation.
