This is a full-page ad Peter's US publisher recently put out to announce the coming of The Lewis Man to America in September. It quotes the New York Times reviewer Marilyn Stasio, who said Peter May was a writer she would "follow to the ends of the earth". I agree, but I'm not following him today. I'm staying in Spain while he flies off to Toulouse to meet up with an interviewer from Le Monde chez nous. It's crazy because he'll be back on Wednesday and then in less than two weeks we'll be making the three-day drive from Spain back home. But Le Monde waits for no man...
