Tide turned

I was at my 'one tree' this morning to enjoy a fabulous sunrise.

I then cycled into Maldon and enjoyed watching the Park Run at Promenade Park.

The rest of the day was spent at a nearby village that was holding and 'open gardens' weekend. 16 Gardens in 6 hours, I covered a lot of miles.

This terrier was having a fabulous time swimming although his efforts were somewhat thwarted by his flexi leash length and in the mud, left by the receding water, not being somewhere his owner wanted to be.

I was told that at high tide he will swim the entire length of this section of shoreline. Unfortunately they were a little late today. He was so cute that he had to be added to my 'dogs and their people' collection.
