Beautiful Rug

This afternoon went to a talk and viewing of oriental carpets.
It was most informative and there were lovely snacks, such as borek , hummus and mint tea. I discovered that some of my favourites are qashgai, but rather pricey.
I meant to take photos there but forgot so this is a detail of one in my home.
We tend to buy old and battered rugs, which are just as beautiful and less pricey.
We bought this one from the Saturday Flea Market in Bath.
