Double Shot Mummy

Keeping above water

No mean feat with three wriggly kids.

The weekends are important now as seeming I can't drive for another five months and four days (Not that I am counting), a lot of 'driving things' need to be done in the weekend.

So we began with sorting out Oscar's glasses. The optician was rather polite about the fact that Oscar had chewed through his glasses. They are super scratched as well so as soon as we have got a fresh prescription, we have to get new ones for both Oscar and Bailee.

Next was the supermarket. Boring, usual trip that involves a huge trolley full of food that lasts three days maximum. The highlight was discovering a NZ Tegal Chicken on the shelves.

The best part was in the afternoon. We took the trio swimming. Bailee started floating today for the first time ever :-) She learnt it herself. Maple's sole goal of going to the pools is to escape. She likes to escape to the bar and scrounge food or escape to the beach.

One week left of nursery before the school holidays and then big school! Bailee and Oscar have decided they want to take fruit kebabs for the class party on Thursday. Their last day is going to be a tad emotional, I know it!
