Nuts

Woke up this morning at the usual time and realised it was not a work day. So I downloaded the Guardian and had a quick read.

Got up And showered before having my usual breakfast - banana, yoghurt, a certain muesli, all topped with a drizzle of honey. With a cup of tea while listening to Radio 4. Became depressed at the news so shifted to Radio 2.

A fairly normal Saturday. Except it was 40deg out there. And I was several thousand miles from home. I even had a quick chat with Ellen using Whatsapp.

Home from home. Globalisation.

Popped out to the garden up the road and shot some palm nuts. One of these days I'll blip a whole tree!
