365 #171 - The other side

After a brutal week at work and a series of very quick blip shots it was great to spend today catching up with my friend Don and getting into some proper photography again.
He's one of my favourite photographers and has a fantastic attitude - not just because he agreed to pose inside an old mausoleum for me so I could take advantage of the fabulous daylight. (Both subject and structure were treated with respect, incidentally).
It's also the first time I've square cropped a portrait but it best suits the shape made my his arms and face.
