Holiday

My mom and dad are back from their holiday looking exactly like you should after a good holiday, happy, rested and full of the joys.

They bought excellent presents for the children and Ds1 was especially chuffed with the fossils. Apparently he needs a fossil shelf in his new room.

Ds1 has got tonsillitis. Confirmed by an early morning visit to the walk in. Four minutes after opening and ninth in a queue. It was a good service though and he is on bumper antibiotics for 10 days!

There was a boy with scarlet fever in there. My dad had scarlet fever when he was a young boy and was told to keep to his bed. They were moving house though so made him a bed up in the removal van and another bed in the new house so he was just lifted from one to the other. How funny.

So a quiet day all in all after the grand exertions this morning.
