I don't know anything about the background of this image. This was painted on the back of a building at the intersection of Carter and University in Cleveland, a weird area in the flats (a mostly ex-industrial area), near one of the most visually interesting streets I've ever seen (Train Avenue).

It fascinates me, though, whatever it means. And the colors are nice.
