She was dead out asleep. Fell into her dreams with her glasses on her face and her bedside light still on. Sticking out from under the covers, two little feet. They have taken her quite a ways already. But they still have so far to go. It's those two feet she'll stand on in times of love, elation, devastation, and failure. I hope her feet support her well in all the things to come.
