Mostly Six Five Oh

Outside the Portland Art Museum what looked like one of those traveling pianos. These guys had a small audience that had gathered on the steps to the museum, from where I took this shot, it was the perfect afternoon for outdoor music.

I was at the Portland Art Museum to see a couple of photography exhibitions, one called Two-Way Street which was a collection of street photographs taken in NYC in the 1960s by two photographer friends who would meet in their lunch hour to take pictures; the other was Halcyon Days a collection of images by different photographers of gardens or relating to gardens. Both exhibitions were enjoyable and I had both galleries completely to myself, the museum was very quiet today.

Finally saw The Grand Budapest Hotel, (2014), Ralph Fiennes, et al. Very entertaining and with all the distinctive Wes Anderson trademarks.
