Happy Easter

Instead of indulging in the traditional Easter roast dinner, we thought we'd take a trip to a place that's been on our radar for a while, The Pie Factory in Tipton. Many friends told us to expect great things and it certainly was a popular place, completely full so it was a good thing one of us had thought to book a table. Being a typical male, Sean wanted to try their famous food challenge pie. Pictured here, The Desperate Dan Cow Pie is 4lbs of steak, kidney, vegetables and gravy topped with pastry horns. I don't know where he put it all, but he managed to finish every last mouthful and declared it absolutely delicious. I opted for the Andy Murray pie, a mild curry pie and it too was delicious. A good decision for Easter dinner.
