Cultural Celebrations

Popped along to my local park today to partake in the city's Sikh celebration of Vaisakhi. The festival celebrations were very popular and there was loads going on, it was great to see people of all cultures out at the event. I stood at this stage for quite a while, taking in some traditional Sikh music and songs. Of course, I had to sample some of the cuisine on offer too; chickpea curry, potato samosas and vegetable samosas - delicious!
