Black Thursday

What a day. I usually find it very therapeutic to blip about my troubles, but tonight I can't find the energy. Maybe later.

The boring stuff:

* Got up early, body aching after gym last night, especially my back.
* Busy day at school.
* Drove to Portsmouth (eew!) to check out HMS Victory before our trip in a couple of weeks. Unsurprisingly it is still there. As are the toilets....
* Drove all the way back. Managed a little work at school before end of day.
* Straight to my therapist for an hour. Great session. Made me feel happy. Also the first time I didn't cry.
* Home, chores, then to Mum's.


* 7pm. Hit rock bottom :-(
