Tatton park

Another beautiful summers day and lucky enough to be off work and to enjoy a day out with Colette and Eliott.

Both free, we decided to head off to Tatton park to enjoy the gardens and make the most of the weather. We let the boys run wild!! Well they certainly enjoyed the freedom of walking everywhere. Eliott really thrives when he has space to go, Herbie is still a little tentative, and still likes the reassurance of my hand, which I love anyway as I know that won't be forever.

After a lovely walk round we went for lunch in a lovely "gardener's garden cafe". It was soo pretty. We had a great table sat under the shade of a tree, dappled sunshine , friendly staff. We felt like we were away on holiday. Eliott was fast asleep but Herbie joined us for lunch, before we headed off home.

Uncle Matt came over in the afternoon and after an hours sleep you were up and playing with Uncle Matt, paddling in the pool and running around naked. Then Eliott came to join you in the pool, which you really enjoyed, whilst Uncle Matt played "catch" with you both, causing splashes and giggles. So lovely to see you both enjoying playing and having fun.
