"Don't Know"

Out on a walk I noticed,what I assumed had been a flower! I have walked this track on many occasion but had never noticed this plant except in this feathery form . Whatever the flower had been it could not have been anything out the ordinary otherwise I would have blip it last time I passed.
I have no idea of the plants name but I particularly like this feathery form,so not too bothered about missing the bloom
