Another Surgery visit:

I was due today to pay a visit to the Dietician who has been advising me regarding my very poor eating habits. She had been extremely helpful with her tips and hints and I had followed them as far as I could, as long as i could. However the richness of the products proved too much for my stomach to cope with and I wasn't really looking forward to this visit. However, it turned out quite well in that my weight had improved to 8st.5lbs (52 kg) which had been my normal for forty years and she felt I had done quite well. I felt she had done a good job too. So I was signed off. Still need to have my cough investigated.

Cc then went off shopping, leaving me in the car which proved too much in the heat - I was nearly passing out - so I was driven home. All I had managed to eat that day was an apple. Cc has been sleeeping here for a few nights until I feel a little better.
