We are lucky where we live in that there is a gorgeous beach and a lovely walk via a boardwalk to the beach meandering through woodland next to the creek. It makes a nice walk to take our puppy on at the end of the day and exercise for us. To those 'fit bit' followers a 13,700 step day do far for me
