A Day in the Mountains

I had the opportunity to leave our rainy town for the day and head to the mountains. The weather there could not have been better - beach weather, in fact, 28 degrees. This is Lake Annette in Jasper National Park.

By noon most folks at the beach were in swimming attire, but the lake water was a little cold so not very many went swimming. It was a good day to bask in the sun by the clear mountain lakes.
