Analogue Banks in a Digital Age...

Jeezo, what is it with banks and the 21st century? They just don't get that people don't get paper bills anymore. There must be some sort of easier way of electronically checking identity.

How about this? Photo id with address on it=>Electronic postal address check=>Done.

Needless to say I didn't manage to get through the process. Although I managed half of the id checks. My compadre had no driving licence nor passport which can't be uncommon and so she is basically snookered.
