Foxy

Spent the afternoon in the chamber of the Scottish Parliament as it was the stage 3 of one bill and the stage 1 debate of another one. I was speaking in the stage 1 debate of the Historic Environment (Scotland) bill in my capacity as the Convener of the Education and Culture Committee.
