First use of improvised tin foil reflector

Pushing the boundaries a little here. Made a reflector with a piece of card and some tin foil.... I think it did make for a better image (the edges of the leaves seem to stand out more) but even if it didn't, I had fun trying to hold the improvised reflector and the camera at the same time, standing in my garden in my dressing gown.

And I thought my neighbours were slightly unusual for drying their garlic on a clothes horse?

I need to spend more time learning about this camera and what it can do. As usual, in somewhat of a rush this evening so no taking lots of shots and comparing. One day.....Maybe I should take the big camera on holiday next week after all? But not the tin foil.
