Simon came over today to walk the dogs with me. By the time we'd completed a circuit in the woods I was ravenous so we treated ourselves to a cooked breakfast at the tea rooms nearby. Safe to say my appetite is back to normal. The pups did well for sausages as the breakfast was generously proportioned.

We went to Bexhill later for a photo afternoon but it was just too hot and airless to enjoy being outside. The pups were happy we weren't gone for long. This is Emily and Grace having a little rough and tumble in the garden.
