Semi-duplication

I blipped this back in 2007 when I was in Vegas. The Bellagio fountains made it into the 'final twelve', for my didn't-get-one-for-Christmas-so-made-my-own-one-week-into-January calendar. It looks good on the kitchen wall. Even if I do say so myself!

Dare I say it? The days are drawing out. It's no longer pitch black when I leave work between 4.30 and 5, which is rather nice. It's still far too nippy to be standing at bus-stops or walking home though, so it's still car season in my book.

Polish lessons resumed (after the Christmas break) last week and tonight was my 33rd hour. Today's lesson was Daily Routine. I can say "I wake up at 6.30 (don't know how to say 'well actually I press snooze about 7 times and get up at 7.45') I have a shower at 7.50, I get dressed at 8.00, I leave the flat at 8.20 and start work at 8.30."

Must practice on Michal and Agnieszka tomorrow.
