Zadar Museum of Ancient Glass

Another great conference day today. Sandwiched in the middle was a guided tour of the Zadar Museum of Ancient Glass. Fascinating collection of 1st - 3rd century and Roman glassware. All excavated in and around Zadar, part of Dalmatia and Mesopotamia. The museum also replicates glass blowing techniques and this photo of is the glass blowing dude who gave us a fab demo. Croatia beat Cameroon in the world cup later on in the day!
