Cedar Guardian

I arrived at Hollyhock Retreat Centre on Cortez Island and for some reason I expected to be camping in an open field. You can imagine my delight when I discovered my private little heaven snuggled up next to this ancient giant. It watched over me for four nights as I let the land, water, and souls of the place exfoliate my being. I wonder how much change this tree has witnessed in its life?
