First of the Peony Roses

All this beautiful weather has popped the peonies!

No early morning walk, but a route march with some colleagues in 28 degree heat at lunch time by the river. Was into a greasy spot when back in the office - thank goodness for air con :-)

Another walk tonight and another pit stop at Janettas for more ice cream - gotta be done, it's summer:-)

Over 21,000 steps today and also a sore shin - just got to walk through the pain though ........
