Porty people and places

We made it to the bench on the prom today for an ice cream. I am still slowly recovering from my desert virus. We were joined by Lynda and her dog Poppy. Lynda was born in Fyfe and now lives in Musselburgh but loves Poryt Beach especially on sunny days like today! Lynda was keen to tell us about her kinetic chain release remedy. She is on the point of setting up her treatment table on the sand. If her plans come to fruition she may become a familiar fixture in Porty this summer. I have no vested interest and am not a potential client. We were , however, impressed by her entrepreneurial enthusiasm and her unbridled appreciation of Porty Beach. Lazy sunny days on the beach create a lovely atmosphere where everyone seems to have time to relax a little
