Another scorcher.
It was actually too hot to be outside there for a while.

I picked the first cucumber today, and got the first peas into the freezer.

More steady improvement. Am nearly walking normally now. For some of the day anyway. Still being very careful not to overdo things but am getting more confident that my trip to London and Devon next month will be manageable.

We went for a swim at Warren Strand this evening, the sea was warm.
