Roof bay windows

I'm not sure if the title is the correct English word for the little things on the roof of the St. Josephs Church in Groningen. I googled for the translation, in Holland we call them 'erkers'. There a six in total. People in Groningen call the churchtower 'The Drunk Mans Tower' due to the fact that the tower has also six clocks. So from every direction you're looking at the tower you always see two clocks.
