There was some heat again today. Everything takes that bit more effort when its so warm and you need to be sipping water regularly.

I saw an odd, but probably very relevant, health and safety notice in the welfare quarters of this huge industrial site; a urine shade card. Intended to give some scale to how dehydrated a worker may be the spectrum ranged from fine, to have a wee drink now, to drink a pint of water, to see a doctor now.
